This is Shaw Air Force Base, Sumter, South Carolina, as seen December 1964
The 4415th Combat Crew Training Squadron is the building just to the left of the
left double hanger. There are only five or six
RF-4Cs on the ramp as
all other RF-4Cs are flying. By late December there were only about ten or
twelve aircraft that had been picked up at the factory at St. Louis.
