This is looking out from the rear cockpit over the shoulder of my 'AC' (for Aircraft Commander), Squadron Leader Lyall Klaffer of the Royal Austrian Air Force.  That is his shoulder and nose hose (oxygen mask).  You can also see the landing gear handle and the emergency canopy jettison handle.
